1. Introduction

Welcome to The Angelic Path! Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. By visiting our website or subscribing to our offerings, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information you choose to share with us, including but not limited to:

• Name

• Email Address

This information is gathered when you sign up for our newsletter, purchase a product, make a donation, download free resources, or join one of our programs or workshops.

Note: We will use your mailing address to ship gifts and physical products. We may use your phone number to contact you about your purchases.

3. How We Use Your Information

Please note: The United States generally follows an opt-out model for standard marketing and data privacy, rather than a strict federal opt-in requirement, though specific channels like SMS marketing and sensitive data categories require prior opt-in consent.

Federal Rules (Opt-Out)

• Email Marketing: Regulated by the CAN-SPAM Act Guide. It does not require prior opt-in permission; companies can send commercial emails as long as they include a clear and easy way to opt out, honor opt-outs within 10 business days, and provide a valid physical address. We use Mailchimp, which complies with these laws, for our newsletters and promotional material. Mailchimp offers an unsubscribe method under US law to ensure you won't receive further newsletters, product offers, or promotional materials from us.

We use your personal information to:

• Send newsletters, updates, and offers related to The Angelic Path

• Share inspirational and educational content

• Manage subscriptions and communication preferences

• Process payments when you make purchases through our store or workshops

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Your information is stored securely through trusted third-party services, including:

• Mailchimp – for managing newsletters and email communication

• Hostinger Reach – for collecting and organizing subscriber information

• Stripe, Square, PayPal, and Venmo – for processing payments securely

All third-party platforms we use comply with applicable data protection standards.

5. Cookies and Tracking

Our website software collects order information, feedback, and your name and email. We do not collect cookies or other tracking mechanisms. We value your privacy.
