What Can We Do in Times of Chaos?
By Blake Cahoon

This year has been one of change. Massive changes of this nature do create chaos. Whether it’s been personal or global, humans don’t care for change, even when they ask for it.

In my country, the United States of America, much of this chaos has, in my opinion, a frightening part of the populace, inflation, confusion, and general chaos. One of the questions the Team is always being asked is ‘What can we do in times of chaos?’

So, I sat down one day and asked the Team what we provide to help with the chaos? They provided me with twenty channeled bullet points and then expanded on that. We now have that guide available in our webstore. Go check it out!

One of the suggestions was to light a candle and spread that light out into the world. Another was to release expectations. That can be a hard one. Especially when we allow our emotions to run away from us.

Of course, there are the basics: meditation, prayer, journal, etc. And the classic: turn off the news.

Hard to do sometimes, especially with social media, but I’ve been doing my best so that the media shows me things of calm and peace, not something else. One thing I’ve come across is vintage Barbie dolls. I’ve collected these dolls for years, and yes, some have gained value. But the point here is that I enjoy watching others collect, dress, restore, and display their vintage dolls. It makes me smile. And isn’t that the point of life? To smile? To be happy?

That’s why we do what we do. Open hearts & minds, and uplift spirits. What is it that you can do today to create a smile, either with that person in the mirror or given to someone else?

Let’s remember to smile and lift others with kindness. That’s how we can help the vibe rise. That can help spread the Light.

The Light will always outshine the Darkness, but we must have both to appreciate and respect the other.

Until next time,

Many blessings!
